- Own, direct and manage projects from beginning to end. Define project scope, success and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and key stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and issues, and devise mitigation and contingency plans. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements.~crlf~- Plan, schedule and track project milestones and deliverables. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project timeline. Develop detailed business project plans and schedules.
