Under general supervision, responsible for effectively managing customer service requests and inquiries by accurately applying knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and operations. Successfully influences business results by: establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships; ensuring a high degree of productivity and quality; and recommending process improvements for assigned functional area. Accountable for adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures and meeting/exceeding all benchmarks.

Identifies, develops, recommends and/or maintains activities/initiatives to support Operation's priorities. Reviews Anti-Money Laundering (AML) high risk alerts to identify red flags and takes necessary actions to submit referrals to appropriate contacts. Professionally and effectively manages outbound and inbound calls with clients and financial professionals related to Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). ~crlf~~crlf~Conducts data collection, analysis, problem resolution and reporting for high risk AML transactions and presents findings to senior management timely. Provides oversight and mentors onshore and/or offshore processing teams related to AML related activities. ~crlf~~crlf~Supports assigned team and management with day to day operations as needed. ~crlf~~crlf~Develops and recommends opportunities to improve process performance. Participates in key initiatives and special projects as assigned.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~2-3 years of experience required: Relevant technical and/or business experience~crlf~4-5 years of experience preferred: Allianz Operations or Insurance/Financial Industry experience or fraud/AML/compliance experience preferred.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~High School diploma required~crlf~Two year degree preferred~crlf~~crlf~Licenses/Certifications/Other~crlf~Certified Fraud Examiner or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist preferred ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
