Senior Learning Advisor
The Learning Advisor Senior is responsible for analyzing, recommending and managing the delivery of learning and development solutions to support Allianz employees and align the solutions with business needs. Independently assess learning needs, and work collaboratively with business partners and subject matter experts to develop learning solutions that address critical capability uplift needs with limited direction and consultation with peers as needed.
Learning Needs Analysis~crlf~• Consult with HRBPs, business leaders, key stakeholder to identify learning needs, match business needs with learning and development solutions, including planning and forecasting, with limited direction~crlf~• Assess and understand the learning needs and styles of the audience for each learning engagement, ensure design meets the end customer's needs and provide a positive learner experience~crlf~~crlf~Design, Development & Delivery~crlf~• Design, develop and implement learning solutions to meet business needs from the design phase to the implementation phase~crlf~• Utilize multiple types of programs and delivery methods ~crlf~• Research, source, and curate learning materials~crlf~• Deliver training and learning solutions in classroom and virtual / online settings~crlf~~crlf~Evaluation, Measurement, & Continuous Improvement~crlf~• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development solutions using best practice methodologies ~crlf~• Utilize metrics to track completion, ensure program compliance (where required)~crlf~• Continuously develop knowledge and skills of the learning and development field of practice, including the latest trends and their effectiveness~crlf~• Participate in and sometimes facilitate best practice discussions~crlf~~crlf~Learning Collaboration~crlf~• Work with global learning partners, and the broader AllianzU team to enable a cohesive delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Allianz business; participate in global projects or initiatives as assigned~crlf~~crlf~
Minimum Requirements:~crlf~– 4-5 years of experience required: ~crlf~•Experience in corporate learning including professional skills and leadership development, needs analysis, facilitation, learning evaluation / measurement and virtual / online learning solution design, development and facilitation~crlf~•Strong background in Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE and / or Agile development methodologies, learning strategies, tools, technology, and latest trends~crlf~•Proficiency using Authoring Tools; office software (PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, etc); and/or video/audio production and editing software~crlf~•Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders~crlf~•Strong written and verbal communication skills~crlf~•Demonstrated results of driving business value with learning solutions~crlf~•Ability to drive change, innovation and continuous improvements~crlf~•Project management and change Management skills and experience~crlf~•Ability to adapt and operate effectively in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~– 4-5 years of experience preferred: ~crlf~• Familiarity with learning platforms (Success factors, Degreed, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) and innovative approaches to learning design using a blend of modalities and formats~crlf~– Four-year degree preferred: Human Resources, Business, Education or related degree~crlf~~crlf~
