IT QA Analyst

Under general supervision, responsible for collaborating with business leaders, key stakeholders, and partners to identify, develop, and report on the business critical measurements~crlf~that drive CAO quality. May partner with more senior analysts on complex and/or large-scale initiatives.

* Partner with assigned business area(s) to define critical process ownership and align quality metrics with business objectives, processes and risks to optimize value of information reported.~crlf~* Review high level processes and assign/develop clear performance measurements that are aligned with the defined customer. Collect and/or assess data to measure and report quality metrics by business capability and process. Provides ongoing support, communication and training to vendor partners.~crlf~* Assess and evaluate external and internal customer feedback trends. Act as an interface between assigned business area(s) and defined customer(s) to identify gaps in the processes that affect CAO quality while providing recommendations for improvement.~crlf~* Develop ongoing reporting and provide analysis of key performance indicators for quality. Lead regular reviews and discussion with Senior Leadership regarding findings, trends, and areas for improvement.~crlf~* Participate in key initiatives and special projects as assigned. Provides subject matter and technical expertise to the support process owners.~crlf~* Maintains a solid Controls framework through oversight, monitoring, assessing risk and validating results. Provides input and acts as a consultant to key Controls stakeholders.~crlf~* Good understanding of SQL and ability to run, modify and write basic to medium SQL queries~crlf~* Basic understanding of automation concepts and tools including the ability to execute & troubleshoot automation scripts~crlf~* Experience with work flow / Business Process testing~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~~crlf~* 1-3 years experience required: Strong analytical skills;~crlf~experience in process documentation and measurement; MS Excel and Powerpoint proficiency; knowledge of basic project management practices.~crlf~* 4-5 years experience preferred: Operations, Technology, Insurance/Financial services experience and/or relevant technical experience.~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~~crlf~* Four-year degree (Bachelor's degree), specialized training or equivalent work experience.~crlf~
