Corporate Compliance Risk Management Principal - Minneapolis

This role is responsible for overseeing various Compliance risk management programs including ongoing evolution of risk management tools and protocols in the Allianz Life Ethics and Compliance department. Leads the development of methodologies and protocols for the ongoing monitoring, testing and reporting of compliance risks. Develops and manages effective project plans that help ensure progress on multiple related work streams. Partners with key department and business stakeholder including regular interactions with leadership.

- Design, build and manage monitoring and testing approaches and framework for second line oversight of key business activities.~crlf~- Execution of risk assessments in cooperation with business stakeholders.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~- Identification and mapping of enterprise key controls in the business units that help ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.~crlf~~crlf~- Partner with subject matter experts and key stakeholder throughout the organization to promote buy-in and drive well-coordinated results.~crlf~- Works closely with business process owners to remediate and reduce risk based on second line of defense test findings.~crlf~- Analyze, design and assess risk-related metrics/measures; communicates business impact to business partners.~crlf~- Manages relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including regular interactions with senior business leaders and Allianz Group compliance contacts worldwide.~crlf~- Industry participation: Contributes to industry leadership through articles and involvement at industry round-table events; maintains industry contacts.~crlf~

Minimum Requirements:~crlf~– 8-10 years experience required: Compliance, audit, operations management or QA related experience across multiple compliance disciplines and/or business lines.~crlf~– Four-year degree required~crlf~– Some responsibilities may require specific FINRA registrations or specific designations.
