Under minimal supervision, exhibits intermediate or advanced level of expertise in performing a specialized job, function or skill within assigned areas. Supports project and change initiatives by determining and implementing business rules, procedures, user-acceptance test script writing and execution and business readiness (SOPs, training, communication). Through demonstrated knowledge of the business process related to area of expertise, acts as process consultant to improve the BAU process, customer or producer experience, and offshore optimization opportunities. Collaborates on opportunities to enhance service or processes (across departments), coordinates internal department and change plans including mentorship of the business area staff.~crlf~~crlf~Under the BPA Sr role, employee expected to be a leader in understanding, articulating, and implementing best practices related to various areas of Operations, specifically within New Business.

•Participates in - or leads - change initiatives (projects) representing the business processes, rules, controls, and reports for area of expertise. Supports multiple projects across multiple disciplines (i.e. Product, ASM, Digital and Infrastructure). Executes the development of user stories and/or business requirements including the assessment of upstream and downstream business impacts.~crlf~•Coordinates the resolution of business processing issues that arise, troubleshooting the problem and engaging other areas as needed. Anticipates the business needs and communicates to the business teams and stakeholders as needed. Recommends opportunities to improve process performance.~crlf~•Responsible for the development and coordination of business readiness activities including Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, training activities, forms, correspondence, reporting, and communications.~crlf~•Accountable for change acceptance through ownership of user acceptance test case development and execution, end-to-end test development and execution, post validation planning and execution, including the coordination of offshore BPA task assignments. Creates and introduces optimal process solution design.~crlf~~crlf~

BPA:~crlf~2-3 years of experience required: Relevant technical and/or business experience~crlf~4-5 years of experience preferred: Allianz Operations or Insurance/Financial Industry experience~crlf~~crlf~BPA Sr:~crlf~6-7 years of experience required: Relevant technical and/or business experience~crlf~6-7 years of experience preferred: Allianz Operations or Insurance/Financial Industry experience~crlf~~crlf~Education~crlf~BPA:~crlf~Required: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience~crlf~Preferred (in addition): an understanding of various project methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile Project Development. As well as an understanding of project techniques for process improvement such as Six Sigma (White Belt, Blue Belt certifications)~crlf~BPA Sr:~crlf~Required: Four-year degree or equivalent work experience~crlf~Preferred (in addition): Advanced degree, an understanding of various project methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile Project Development.
