You will work in an interdisciplinary manner and advise the business on all German and European harmonized legal issues relevant for asset managers, in particular on IT law. This includes:~crlf~##Comprehensive legal support in the outsourcing of technology-related tasks to external service providers as well as further procurement of technical services from external service providers, including the negotiation of complex Master Service Agreements and Software License Agreements~crlf~##Advice in German and European law on all technology-related special topics, e.g., on legal issues around the topic of "Artificial Intelligence" or "Platform as a Service"~crlf~##Advice on IT-specific regulatory issues~crlf~~crlf~
