Client Account Manager, Italy (f/m/d)
As Client Account Manager (CAM) you will take charge to achieve targeted business outcomes and be responsible for all aspects of our client relationship management journey across our various business channels in Italy. The role reports into the Head of CAM, Italy. ~crlf~~crlf~You will focus on ensuring the regular maintenance, retention and efficiencies are achieved in our top quartile client satisfaction survey results and support cross sales opportunities by working closely with the regional business development teams.~crlf~~crlf~You will be responsible for delivering an overall exceptional client experience across the Italian regions. To do this you will work cross functionally to represent the client within the company and where needed improve the client journey.
## Deliver and exceptional and best practice approach to client account management ~crlf~## Primary contact and accountable for all aspects of day to day client engagement/experience ~crlf~## Establish and maintain a strong client experience that is responsive, timely and accurate. The approach should also be risk appropriate, commercial, and efficient ~crlf~## Lead and/or participate in client investment reviews/strategy discussions across AGI investment pillars and strategies in collaboration with investment teams~crlf~## Maintain, defend, or extend mandates by engaging cross functional colleagues as needed (for example investment teams, business management, operations, legal etc) to best position the AGI strategies and services~crlf~## Prepare and co-ordinate meeting materials, both client and internal~crlf~## Proactively resolve client queries as and when they arise~crlf~## Manage all aspects of client change, including negotiation and agreement of legal documentation~crlf~## Oversight and project management of operational onboarding ~crlf~## Check/assist with portfolio reporting and analytics~crlf~## Responsible for AML and KYC as first line of defence~crlf~## Business systems maintenance: Salesforce, CEDAR etc ~crlf~## Support the new business sign off process~crlf~## Participate and represent CAM Italy within European CAM discussions and ad hoc client projects~crlf~## Accountable for escalation of operational or risk issues and work closely with the business development team.~crlf~~crlf~
## Proven ability to build relationships externally and internally~crlf~## Strong communications skills: written, verbal and listening. Italian is a requirement as is the ability to confidently deliver presentations~crlf~## Broad investment (all asset class) and markets knowledge as well as deep understanding of Italian pensions/insurance sectors~crlf~## Effective Influencing and negotiating skills ~crlf~## You should be organised and pro active in all that you do.~crlf~## Knowledge of client operations lifecycle management is essential~crlf~## Ability to travel will be required.~crlf~
