Senior Supplier Manager (m/f/d)
The Senior Supplier Manager is managing contract portfolio and vendor relations. Amongst other things, she/he is responsible for definition, analysis and reporting of KPIs and metrics for single vendors, the vendors portfolio and the Procurement function.
##Run standard spend visibility reports and publish them to the different departments~crlf~##Manage relationship with vendors~crlf~##Hold regular reviews with business owners and Strategic Sourcing to assess and track vendor performance and customer satisfaction~crlf~##Surface any potential issues and their risk mitigation plans~crlf~##Be involved into/ consult provider selection process~crlf~##Conduct spend analysis to keep on continuously identifying saving opportunities~crlf~##Define metrics, KPIs and SLAs for different spend categories and contract types, and consult Business, Strategic Procurement on their application and measurement~crlf~##Perform regular procurement customer satisfaction surveys (e.g. NPS) including reviews, scoring and improvement requirements~crlf~
Relevant experience~crlf~##Minimum 3-5 years depth supplier management- or procurement experience (ideally in a similar role)~crlf~##Founded experience of contract- and supplier management processes and tools~crlf~##Ability to manage wide range of contracts~crlf~##Working experience in international teams~crlf~##Practical experience in project management and change management~crlf~ ~crlf~Education / Certification~crlf~##Master degree in related field (e.g. Economic or technical study)~crlf~##Very good command of English and German language (verbal and written) is mandatory~crlf~##IACCM certification (or similar) is a plus (International Association for Contract and Commercial Management)~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical Skills~crlf~##Procurement Category management expertise and experience within insurance procurement, consultancy~crlf~##Category, IT and outsourcing ideally within financial sector~crlf~##Hands on knowledge of vendor selection processes (RfX) and good understanding of relevant contractual~crlf~##Terms and conditions~crlf~##Practical knowledge in areas of procurement reporting, controlling and cost savings~crlf~##Good understanding of overall procurement processes including procure-to-pay and relevant tools~crlf~##Good knowledge of MS Office Products, Strategic Procurement Suite Ariba, SAP or similar~crlf~##SRM/MM knowledge of advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Proactive and committed working style in an international team~crlf~##Good analytical skills, team player~crlf~##Proven negotiation skills, preferably in a global environment and in a multinational business~crlf~##Customer focused and good team player~crlf~##Communication skills both verbal and written tailored to the intended audience~crlf~##Stakeholder management, ability to negotiate on different hierarchical levels~crlf~
