Senior Process Oversight Expert (m/f/d)
As a Senior Process Oversight Expert reporting to Head of Process Oversight and Ownership, you will be responsible for end-to-end process improvement and simplification. This includes the Maintenance of AGCS Core Process Landscape and Tool, Maintenance of SOPs and SLA documentation, overseeing adherence to global processes across the whole value chain like from UW to Ops, Claims, Finance and Reinsurance. You will also take ownership of Business processes and key cross functional business Applications. To enable this, a close work with all functions is required to address cross functional issues.
In this role you will…~crlf~##Drive the alignment of processes globally and cross functional, remove barriers and roadblocks which impacting efficiency. Bottom-up legacy process redesign/improve existing processes. Address existing cross-functional misalignment and gaps and oversee adherence to global processes.~crlf~##Own, Evaluate and Improve processes along the value chain with deep knowledge and understanding of the Finance processes.~crlf~~crlf~##Being an ambassador for new AGCS strategy enabling change with positive attitude, guiding others, providing feedback and lead by example. Applying collaboration along the value chain globally and cross functional.~crlf~##Drive and execute on AGCS strategy by taking ownership and applying global thinking. Foster Simplicity in all areas where possible.~crlf~##In alignment with business priorities identify AGCS business improvement opportunities relating to organization, business processes, organizational capabilities and business IT applications. Create proposals for management and support the creation of project proposals, including, but not limited to cost / benefit analysis, work package definitions, time & resource planning for delivery. Develop and foster appropriate Stakeholder Management strategies to effectively engage key stakeholders throughout the value chain, based on the analysis of their needs, interests and potential impact on success.~crlf~
##University degree (preferably within an Insurance, IT, Business Administration or Data science context) ~crlf~##7 – 10 years’ experience in process mapping and optimization with evidence of handling multiple stakeholders, leveraging change management techniques, and proven business outcomes. ~crlf~##Proven experience in Project management and change management, including stakeholder management~crlf~##Advanced understanding of policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellation ~crlf~##Ability to work with people of different cultures ~crlf~##Strong Communication, motivational and problem-solving skills ~crlf~##Self-motivated, capable of working independently ~crlf~##Team player mentality - focus on collaborative engagement~crlf~##Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus~crlf~
