In this role you will…~crlf~##Foster the ongoing improvement of the Risk Management Framework and related processes for identification, monitoring and steering of risks.~crlf~##Define and prioritize actions to mitigate risks in close collaboration with the business, particularly with the underwriting and claims side.~crlf~##Regular and ad-hoc risk reporting to business and management as well as external risk and capital reporting. In particular, perform the annual narrative reporting (Solvency II) and ORSA process at legal entity level.~crlf~##Drive and perform the capital closing process~crlf~##Presentation and discussion of risk profile, top risks and mitigating measures with top management~crlf~##Interaction with senior management of the business (i.e. 1st line of defense) on risk management topics (including definition of risk mitigation measures).~crlf~

##Excellent qualification with an analytical background, preferably a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or any other analytical science. Risk Management / Actuarial / Financial designation ~crlf~##Professional experience ideally at least 5 years in reinsurance, P&C insurance and / or asset management, ideally experience in risk managing function~crlf~##Sound understanding of risk governance principles as well as regulatory requirements including capital regimes~crlf~##Ability to deliver high-quality results on time while working under time pressure and flexibility in task management in order to adapt to changing priorities~crlf~##Engaged and independent working; business-minded, pragmatic and result-orientated can-do attitude~crlf~##Strong analytical and communication skills; assertive and collaborative~crlf~##Excellent communication skills targeting the key audience~crlf~##Fluent in English and ideally also in German~crlf~
