The Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) plans and facilitates the Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes through the preparation, planning, execution, and learning cycles to help maximize value delivery. The RTE works closely with the ART business owners, product managers, system architects, and others to lead and optimize the flow of value the ART delivers. The RTE coaches, guides, and supports all levels of the ART using metrics and tools to ensure performance visibility and transparency.

Essential daily duties~crlf~##Plan and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes through the preparation, planning, execution, and learning cycles to help maximize value delivery~crlf~##Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and quality of teams, working in a scaled agile environment with other teams and share this scalability progress with others~crlf~##Help to manage risks and dependencies; identify, escalate and track impediments~crlf~##Support the formation of teams within an ART through training, establishment of norms and coaching the team ~crlf~Embrace Agile Way of Working~crlf~##Work with the Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment~crlf~##Implement Lean / Agile process, principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organization~crlf~##Encourage collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects/Engineer~crlf~##Act as a coach and a guide to members of the Agile Release Train in order to enforce the SAFe Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies~crlf~##Prepare and execute various trainings of the agile methodologies~crlf~Growth Mindset~crlf~##Work in an agile scaling environment and demonstrate a growth mindset through personal and professional development~crlf~##Positive attitude paired with a good portion of curiosity and a customer-centric service attitude~crlf~##Drive personal development by attending regular trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and updates to the agile methodologies~crlf~(Project) team leadership and innovation~crlf~##Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business (encompassing everything from continuous improvement to finance community)~crlf~##Work closely together with the product owners of the teams as well as with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers and leadership~crlf~##Implement improvement processes on program level that enable the organization's ability to respond to short-term changes~crlf~Servant leadership and innovation~crlf~##Deep understanding of Servant Leadership: serving the team while giving responsibility to the team~crlf~##Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve organization impediments and barriers and actively advocate for resolution~crlf~##Provide environment to enable the team to find solutions and embrace ideas that help grow our business~crlf~Technical Excellence~crlf~##Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing DevOps and Release on Demand competency~crlf~

##Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience; Master's degree and 1 years experience; no degree and 8 years experience~crlf~##SAFe Certificates and good understanding of the SAFe framework in order to configure SAFe to the organizations needs and for standardizing and documenting practices~crlf~##Very good understanding of Agile Frameworks such as Scrum / Kanban / Lean~crlf~##5-7 years’ experience in Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Agile Delivery Lead role for a team that was diligently applying Agile/ Scrum principles, practices, and theory~crlf~##5-7 years cross-cultural and international work experience~crlf~##Experience overseeing enterprise and large budget initiatives~crlf~##Minimum 5 years agile project experience required: demonstrating strong knowledge of and background with Agile concepts, rules and practice~crlf~##Increasing level of experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master in a mid to large sized organization~crlf~##Requires excellent oral and written communication skills~crlf~##Agile / DevOps / Program Mgmt., Lifecycle methodologies and standards~crlf~##Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus~crlf~
