Productivity Expert (m/f/d)
Our new global function Global Process Management at AGCS is responsible for end-to-end process improvement to drive efficiency and customer service delivery through one globally coordinated approach. ~crlf~Reporting to the Head of Global Productivity and based in Munich, you will be part of the Global Productivity team responsible for setting up and driving methodologies, metrics, processes and systems used to monitor and manage the productivity of the enterprise and execution. The focus is on helping to translate strategically focused information to operational plans. Furthermore you will also support developing all needed productivity metrics at AGCS along the value chain and help to provide the input for Strategic Dialogues with Allianz Group, Planning Dialogues etc.
##Develop to a trusted advisor in the area of productivity management, and reporting~crlf~##Help to translate strategically focused information to operational plans and support identifying AGCS improvement opportunities relating to stakeholder needs~crlf~##Support set up the model and tools to measure operational performance required at all levels down to support regional EMT steering as well as global functions~crlf~##Support defining and maintain KPIs and Metrics in close collaboration with effected Teams and other initiatives~crlf~##Define Target Data and Tool set required and set up interim capability while challenging status quo to drive future efficiency and more cost effective way of doing productivity management and reporting~crlf~##Compile Allianz and market best practices and share and apply with own department and business functions~crlf~##Engage partner for business functions and senior management to validate improvement proposals to further optimize and accelerate productivity in close collaboration with related functions~crlf~##Achieve a high business impact and stakeholder satisfaction through engagement and lean solution oriented approaches~crlf~##Work in an agile environment and demonstrate a growth mindset through personal and professional development~crlf~##Act as an effective team member and adopt the mindset and behaviors consistent with high performing teams~crlf~
##You have a degree in Business Administration or similar (ideally Master)~crlf~##At least two years’ experience within the corporate insurance sector with multi-cultural and international work experience allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting with a key focus on Productivity Management~crlf~##At least two years’ experience with project management~crlf~##You have a passion for data, technology and business intelligence and a good understanding of common databases~crlf~##High analytical and conceptual capabilities and the ability to break complex subjects into manageable tasks~crlf~##Advanced consulting skills enabling you to practice good relationship management, understand costumer needs and consult the business in the most efficient way~crlf~##Experience working in an agile environment and demonstrate a growth mindset through personal and professional development~crlf~##You’re able to drive and embed lean and agile approaches and provide an environment enabling the team to innovate and to grow our business~crlf~##Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics for basic level~crlf~##Fluent in English (able to negotiate)~crlf~
