Chief Regions & Markets Officer (CRMO1) is responsible for developing and overseeing AGCS’ market strategy and execution for UW, Distribution, and Claims in the following regions: Central and Eastern Europe, Mediterranean & Africa, Ibero & Latin America, Asia Pacific, Regional Unit London. In addition CRMO1 is responsible for the global client and broker strategy, global distribution management, global sales steering and reporting.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this role you will represent the interests of the Chief Regions & Markets Officer Region 1 and serve as a communication interface handling the in- and outgoing information of the Board Members office. Furthermore, you will also participate and develop specific projects where the involvement of the Board Office is necessary.

In this role you will… ~crlf~ ~crlf~##independently and actively support our Chief Regions and Market Officer ~crlf~##prepare, participate and follow-up executive meetings ~crlf~##prepare monthly Board meetings and follow-up, including pre-screening and challenging of Board meeting documents, preparation of the CRMO1 contribution, and follow-up of action items ~crlf~##Prepare and follow up meetings and events where the Board Member is involved, e.g. external events, worker’s council meetings, town halls, etc. ~crlf~##manage and handle daily administrative tasks for the Board Member, e.g. audit follow-up, cost center oversight, mid-/year-end review preparation, etc. ~crlf~##Be the Interface between the CRMO1 and Group and drive CRMO1 contributions to Group deliverables ~crlf~##Steer and coordinate strategic projects, initiatives and workstreams and participate in content-related as well as cultural topics as part of the NEW AGCS transformation that requires the attention or representation of the Board Member ~crlf~##Organize and prepare internal events such as Offsite ~crlf~##Work closely with communication and board member to develop presentations, speeches or pitches for market events ~crlf~##Manage and handle daily tasks for the Board Member, e.g. audit follow-up, cost center oversight, mid-/year-end review preparation, prepare decision templates and analyses etc. ~crlf~

##Excellent academic qualification (ideally Master or equivalent) ~crlf~##At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector (ideally underwriting and/or distribution) or areas such as business administration, project management ~crlf~##Positive and solution-oriented attitude, ability to handle stress well and be flexible ~crlf~##Ideally be familiar with AGCS and our stakeholders to represent the CRMO1 Office ~crlf~##Excellent project management skills: initiating, planning and managing projects with regards to time, budget, quality, scope and resources ~crlf~##Proven experience analyzing complex information and drawing appropriate conclusions ~crlf~##Excellent communicator to a variety of stakeholders including senior management; clearly and effectively expressing messages in various formats; able to effectively and quickly convey messages visually ~crlf~##Excellent prioritization skills: Ability to filter information, effective use of own resources and handling of competing priorities under tight deadlines ~crlf~##Experience in working with global and diverse teams in an international and dynamic environment ~crlf~##Proficient in English~crlf~
