Ecosystem to Market Lead (m/f/d) – limited to 12 months
In order to keep pace with ever-changing customer needs, we have a team at AGCS responsible for driving innovation and digital transformation in our company and working closely together with our business units – combining all tasks from discovery to incubating ideas to go to market. Our experts are our delivery champions, internal and external collaborators and execution drivers to achieve customer success.~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for Ecosystem to Market Lead to work with our Head of Ecosystems and Incubation. In this role you will act as strategic and entrepreneurial partner and represent the XSE / AGCS community within the wider ecosystem. This includes acquiring new ecosystem members and bringing together like-minded individuals who understand the value of collaboration and are able to positively contribute to the evolution and development of the AGCS Ecosystem.
In this role you will..~crlf~##Take charge of delivery management, support stakeholders through efficient ecosystem set-up and definition processes and maintain an effective delivery balance and investment approach~crlf~##Oversee the delivery lifecycle process, from inception to realisation, ensuring all deliverables are executed in line with the benefits case and desired customer outcomes, resulting in the appropriate services provided to support AGCS and our customers~crlf~##Show ecosystem alignment to business strategy, highlight and resolve where it does not align. In this regard you will also set and continually revise ecosystem strategy with stakeholders, input to XSE portfolio accordingly~crlf~##Lead our engagement with external organisations and internal stakeholders to ensure that everyone in the ecosystem knows AGCS and how we can work together to deliver for our customers.~crlf~##Advise and align with various stakeholders across AGCS and externally to drive the most optimised way to leverage our/their services/products to deliver a future led roadmap of services and products. This includes also promoting commercial awareness to all stakeholders (demand and supply).~crlf~##Own the approach to maintaining effective relationships and communication between stakeholders who initiate, define and deliver products / services. You will also work with other key stakeholders to build cross-function collaboration, innovation and thought leadership to drive synergies and value~crlf~##Perform regular health checks on the ecosystem, identify and resolve risks and issues~crlf~##Own a transparent and commercially understandable view of the ecosystem for AGCS and ensure accuracy and relevancy of all ecosystem delivery communications~crlf~
##You have at least 2 years’ of experience in the insurance industry or in a related field as well as international and cross-cultural working experience ~crlf~##You have a good understanding of the complexities inherent in an insurance group allowing for cross-departmental thinking and acting~crlf~##Business Insight and knowledge of business drivers and in this regard how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You keep yourself informed about current and future policies, practices and trends in the organisation, with the competition and in the marketplace~crlf~##Significant experience of delivering products / services across an organisation~crlf~##With entrepreneurial skills, you’re able to drive topics forward and adapt to different customer needs and coordinate multiple stakeholders’ requirements and priorities~crlf~##Very good project management skills and the ability to break complex subjects into manageable pieces and translate different stakeholder requirements into a clear strategy~crlf~##With excellent communication and collaboration skills, you are proactive, diplomatic and able to build relationships with people at every level of the organization~crlf~##Fluent in English (able to negotiate)~crlf~
