Regional Senior Manager - Rewards & Performance, APAC
•~crlf~The Regional Senior Manger of Rewards is responsible for successfully driving the RP function within Asia Pacific, in close interaction with Group Rewards & Performance.~crlf~•~crlf~In particular, She/ He is running the RP processes and products at the regional level. ~crlf~•~crlf~She/ He is the key interface between Group RP, the HRDs of the region and the regional business leadership. ~crlf~•~crlf~She/ He ensures local business support in consistency with Group policies & processes through regional expertise. ~crlf~•~crlf~Provides input, support & advice on all Rewards & Performance (RP) matters. ~crlf~•~crlf~Offers a “one face to the customer” and provides all stakeholders with expertise based on a deep knowledge of RP products and regional specifics. ~crlf~•~crlf~Proposes innovative solutions to all stakeholders, with a clear alignment on the regional business agenda.
•~crlf~Supports, develops & maintains specific RP policies & guidelines to ensure consistency within the region and with regular interaction with Group (based on global strategy, policies and templates); ~crlf~•~crlf~Ensures that development & execution of policies are in compliance with all core regulations (including reporting); ~crlf~•~crlf~Ensures that policies & practices are in place to support the execution by HR Services or other HR Departments.~crlf~•~crlf~Provide insight & expert knowledge to local HR colleagues in their role as an escalation point for expert advice on customer queries relating to RP ~crlf~•~crlf~Manage the compensation impact of Mergers & Acquisitions within the region~crlf~•~crlf~Partner on global RP projects & initiatives ~crlf~•~crlf~including the progressive roll-out of the new global HRIS.~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Master Degree level qualified in relevant field, ideally legal, finance, economics;~crlf~•~crlf~10 – 15 years of working experience~crlf~•~crlf~7+ years of expertise in RP expert related topics; ~crlf~•~crlf~Deep functional expertise in RP CoE fields;~crlf~•~crlf~Proven track record in coordinating global/ regional processes including non-RP related topics; ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience working in a virtual team and developing strong working relationships / network within the CoE community; ~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent oral & written communication skills in English, additional regional language (Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa etc) is a plus.~crlf~•~crlf~In-depth knowledge of RP policies & processes;~crlf~•~crlf~Change agent & customer orientated;~crlf~•~crlf~Strong understanding of regional business challenges (present & future), combined with curiosity for digital innovations;~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent command of overall employee value chain, HR market trends, HR policies, HR technology directions & strategic business impact of key HR topics;~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to work with several stakeholders & interfaces;~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to engage key stakeholders, build support & influence outcomes in the context where RP topics need to be driven in a matrix organization;~crlf~•~crlf~Strong analytical, strategic thinking, execution & problem-solving skills to succeed in a challenging & changing environment;~crlf~•~crlf~Can handle ambiguity, is stress-resilient, can–do-attitude, also good planner/organizer;~crlf~~crlf~
