In this critical role, based in Ho Chi Minh City and reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible to own and manage P&L for Retail Agency, Broker and Telesales distribution channel~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Own and manage P&L for Retail Agency, Broker and Telesales distribution channel~crlf~•~crlf~Planning and delivery of revenues and bottom line targets through various Distribution Channels for General Insurance ~crlf~•~crlf~Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through management of sales pipeline for new business, renewals and cross-selling~crlf~•~crlf~Maintain regular relationship and seek new business opportunities with existing distribution partners in the General Insurance~crlf~•~crlf~Maintain and promote awareness of company products and services in market~crlf~•~crlf~Develop relationships with key decision-makers in both internal and external environment for new business development~crlf~•~crlf~Enhance productivity and efficiency within and across channels by driving initiatives for internal and external stakeholders~crlf~•~crlf~Develop, with marketing, product and operations teams new value propositions for distribution channels~crlf~•~crlf~Support other company initiatives related to sales, products and operations~crlf~•~crlf~Manage and motivate internal Agent, Broker and Telesales teams as well as external distribution partners to ensure achievement of sales targets ~crlf~•~crlf~Working with Compliance and Internal Audit to ensure that processes are compliant at all times based on legal and regulatory requirements~crlf~•~crlf~Actively managing licensing, recruitment, training and compensation structures of distribution partners~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure quality of service provided by internal teams meets distribution partners expectations~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Degree preferred, in e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Law or other appropriate discipline~crlf~•~crlf~More than 15 years of General Insurance with 7-10 years proven track record and at least in sales roles.~crlf~•~crlf~Strong relationships and networks within Agency Distribution channels in General Insurance Industry ~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrable experience of fostering long term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organization~crlf~•~crlf~Business insight: ability to implement tools and methodologies to develop market, competitor, and client insight~crlf~•~crlf~Communication & Presentation: ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story~crlf~•~crlf~Influencing skills: ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority~crlf~•~crlf~Analytical Skills: ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire~crlf~•~crlf~Negotiation and conflict management: ability to negotiate best position for company, and client, often in contentious situations, managing conflicting priorities of various parties ~crlf~~crlf~
