Business Manager (Distribution Analytics)

  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The Marketing Analytics Analyst will deliver analytical insights to Sales and Marketing while building more personalized customer experiences, across all US Distribution channels. ~crlf~The individual will also develop standard KPIs, build campaign management framework and support efforts to extend marketing accuracy to create a single, holistic view that more accurately measures customer interactions across all channels including digital, mobile, social, and website.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Lead efforts to define and build KPIs for Sales metrics and Marketing campaigns, expanding Distribution measurement abilities ~crlf~##Develop and improve upon campaign measurement accuracy and ROI ~crlf~##Identify trends, assessing strengths and opportunities for improvement; partner with Distribution teams to validate findings and align on recommendations~crlf~##Develop visually appealing reports and dashboards to enable stakeholders and partners across functions to understand key performance metrics~crlf~##Lead strategic Distribution initiatives; obtaining cross-functional alignment, executing robust analysis and delivering actionable insights~crlf~##Develop automation processes and build data extraction methods; largely focused on data modelling and creating in house solutions ~crlf~##Knowledge of and familiarity with using SQL, Silverpop, Salesforce, Power BI, and Google analytics ~crlf~##Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to stay on top of industry trends and knowledgeable of application updates

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Required:~crlf~##Bachelor’s degree required~crlf~##3+ years in an analytical role, preferably within Marketing analytics, Sales analytics, or operations experience can be considered as well~crlf~##Experience transferring manual processes into data-driven automated workflows~crlf~##Strong analytics skills, including data querying, modeling and design required~crlf~##Experience using data from email marketing and marketing automation tools, in particular, Silverpop, to build more personalized customer experiences~crlf~##Demonstrated success in defining goals and KPIs, and delivering impactful insights to senior leadership ~crlf~##Experience integrating and visualizing data in Excel and business intelligence tools, in particular Power BI and Salesforce~crlf~##Excellent project and time management skills, with ability to manage a portfolio of analytic dashboards and projects across Distribution channels~crlf~##Strong presentation skils (e.g., PowerPoint) required~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~##Previous roles in consulting, at a digital agency or at a technology firm supporting or leading analytics efforts and/or key projects~crlf~##Certifications in Google Analytics or a business intelligence tool such as Power BI or Tableau ~crlf~##Asset management industry experience across marketing and sales~crlf~##SQL skills a plus
