Based in Paris (France), the Global learning manager plays an instrumental role in supporting our company’s transformation strategy by enabling a lifelong learning culture, ie an environment where learning is engaging, accurate, consistent, creative and aligned with business objectives.~crlf~~crlf~Reporting to the Head of People Center of Expertise (CoE), the incumbent works with the small Group HR team & in close collaboration with regional and local counterparts. ~crlf~~crlf~The role blends both knowledge of learning tools, contents and best practices with an understanding of the different transformation drivers, in order to build the relevant strategy, use the capabilities, identify the systems, and implement the processes needed to deliver results worldwide. ~crlf~~crlf~Our ideal candidate is comfortable managing different scale & complex learning initiatives and has a strong international focus. ~crlf~~crlf~His/her main accountabilities involve the following:~crlf~~crlf~1 .Ensure the development, evolution, availability and affordability of learning modules, in relation with business and HR stakeholders, identifying solutions globally managed and locally relevant. ~crlf~2. Design and follow up on metrics (incl budget) to evaluate learning solutions and programs, to continuously improve~crlf~3. Act as the champion and thought leader on learning, learning innovations, but also on our learning tools ~crlf~4. Curate a learning culture, seizing every opportunity to support our employees is driving their own career development~crlf~5. Communicate as appropriate to ensure L&D (Learning & Development) initiatives reach the target population~crlf~6. Contribute to the success of the broader HR community by sharing and supporting all initiatives~crlf~

• Operational understanding and experience of key learning processes and practices in an international context (5 years +)~crlf~• Digital fluency and demonstrated system thinking along with a clear people focus~crlf~• Accountability and curiosity are key to translate business needs into successful learning offers~crlf~• Ability to effectively operate in a culturally diverse environment and to combine soft approach with hard data~crlf~• Fluent in English. Italian or German is a plus. ~crlf~• Ability to work in project mode ~crlf~~crlf~
