Scheduling Engineer (m/f/d)
The Scheduling Engineer has end-to-end responsibility for scheduling products within the Service Unit A-IF02DCI. This includes the responsibility for lifecycles, for vendor- and supplier interactions and as well for customer contacts in terms of the product support. In close cooperation with the Scheduling Service Manager he defines appropriate technical standards for the scheduling architecture.~crlf~##Active support of enterprise-wide change with a focus on product, service and operation of the product.~crlf~##Key role in the implementation of the product into a stable and high-quality infrastructure ~crlf~##Key role in the development and standardization of the product and related tools in the scheduling area, in close cooperation and coordination with the service Manager and the service provider.
##Design, implement and oversee the IT infrastructure hardware and software components in compliance with the architecture roadmap and based on feasibility checks~crlf~##Develop testing procedures, run tests and approvals, ensure quality and integrate the system into the future environment~crlf~##Develop, configure, document and install the systems in the area of responsibility and train provider~crlf~##Maintain and optimize the relevant system, ensure performance and availability and provide release- and patch management~crlf~##Monitor the IT market and technological trends in the specific area, recommend future technology direction and emerging technologies that will enhance Allianz Technology's operating efficiency and support enhanced customer service~crlf~##Execute incident, problem and change management for the relevant systems~crlf~##Ensure compliance and quality of the respective specifications and guidelines of the company and legislation (e.g. security, service definitions) ~crlf~
##University degree in computer science or comparable education; Willingness for further training~crlf~##English spoken and written (level 2+)~crlf~##Experience in Project Management; Optional: Prince II certificate~crlf~##Basic know-how in product engineering~crlf~##Engaging in vendor and supplier contacts~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~
