IT Delivery Manager for Core Insurance Platform (ABS Life / ID Life SaaS) (m/f/d) in Stuttgart
The department Allianz Business Systems (ABS) Program Life and Migration, together with the area of business transformation of Allianz Deutschland AG and the product provider Allianz Lebensversicherungs-AG is responsible for the functional enhancement of the core insurance application ABS (Allianz Business Systems) on host and client side, conducted in a close and agile cooperation. Moreover, the department supports the transformation towards a more international usage of ABS Life in the context of ID Life SaaS, ACM (Allianz Customer Model), BMP (Business Master Platform) Life, resp. ITMP (IT Master Platform) Life, leading to a growing customer base.~crlf~The additional task of the department is the migration from the German classic system into ABS aligned to the completion of the functional enhancements.
##Leading the IT-delivery of projects for ABS Life Germany and international customers like ID Life SaaS or BMP Life following the principles of a matrix organization in close collaboration with the respective line organization and the agile setup for software development and application run, overall directly and indirectly steering up to 80+ Software Developers, Architects, etc.~crlf~##Managing the projects according to defined KPI based on entrepreneurship, strong customer- , goal- and result-orientation~crlf~##Development of sustainable solutions for automating policies and claims handling in close alignment with the ABS Core Competence Center. Proactive capacity management and resource optimization to ensure smooth and performant application run for Allianz OEs (operational entities).~crlf~##Program and multi project management: managing large-scale projects embedded into the client program structures (AZ Germany and further international AZ entities) and Customer solution groups (CSG) structures of Allianz Technology~crlf~##Active multi-level stakeholder management on C-, L1-,L2-,L3- level. Consulting clients and creating sustainable, efficient and economic solutions~crlf~##Definition and implementation of an approach to align the agile setup of IT, business transformation and business with the requirements of the various projects to ensure IT delivery in time, in scope, in budget and in quality~crlf~##Close cooperation with the service management of the services supported and actively taking over responsibility of delivery within these services within service management ensuring smooth processes and the fulfillment of the defined KPIs~crlf~
##More than 5 years’ experience in disciplinary leadership on Executive level~crlf~##University degree (information systems, mathematics, business information systems) or comparable.~crlf~##Fluent German and English skills~crlf~##More than 5 years hands-on experience in software development as well as strong capabilities in IT application and system architecture, as well in large-scale program management (PMI / PMP desirable)~crlf~##Proven experience in change management of larger scale change processes~crlf~##Self-starting entrepreneur with strong goal- and results orientation~crlf~##Agile mindset, customer and service orientation~crlf~##Capable of driving technical, organizational and functional innovation taking controlled risks~crlf~
