The Workplace Services Department is responsible for global end-to-end operations of Allianz workplace services including Allianz Virtual Client, End Devices (Notebooks, Thin Clients, Mobile Phones), File Services, Print Service, Mailing, Intranet and Service Desk.~crlf~To develop the current file service for end user data storage to a future proof solution integration with other Workplace services like Office 365 and document management systems we are looking for an architect to design the solution, define the roadmap and inject innovation potential into the overall Workplace setup, especially by introducing DevOps & Automation best practices.

##Define and develop the end user data storage strategy and derived target architecture along Allianz Group Workplace Strategy~crlf~##Driving the technological implementation of the workplace services roadmap for data storage systems towards a hybrid storage concept (on-prem & cloud)~crlf~##Development of DevOps & Automation solutions for the end user data storage area and Workplace service overall~crlf~##Conduct IT market research, provide proposals and prototypes, support and consult customers~crlf~##Drive alignment of Allianz Technology and local business unit (OE) IT technology landscape with the enterprise architecture target picture, including system retirements (decommissioning)~crlf~##User experience design by architectural conceptualization of the single data storage systems to provide a consistent flow of work~crlf~

##Agile & DevOps Mindset to drive constant development of data storage service setup within Workplace Services within the Scrum Team setup~crlf~##Good knowledge in cloud technologies for data storage and their integration to on-premise systems ~crlf~##Work experience in agile team environments and with DevOps tooling for automation~crlf~##Good knowledge in technologies like Windows, Windows Server and Filesystems (DFS-R, DFS-N)~crlf~##Experience with enterprise-scale environments~crlf~##Experience in architectural and concept-wise working incl. documentation skills and knowledge about architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Archimate or similar~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~
