By joining Group Audit you will be part of one of the most international and transversal teams in Allianz SE with more than 15 nationalities and different backgrounds. ~crlf~Group Audit's mission is to provide Allianz entities with independent, risk-oriented and objective audit and consulting services to help improve business operations. Furthermore, we coordinate local Internal Audit functions to progressively align audit practices, and to provide assurance to the Board and Audit Committee on a consolidated basis. ~crlf~~crlf~As part to the P&C audit practice you act as a center of competence for audit on P&C related topics. You lead and participate in internal audits with focus on Allianz Re and also within the Group and design and develop and aggregate audits in the P&C field across the Group.

##Supports or leads audit preparation, realization and follow up including definition of risk-based audit areas, audit of business transactions, workflows, processes and control systems.~crlf~##Updates audit methods, initiates improvements of workflows, processes, security standards and documentation requirements ~crlf~##Determines exposure of deficiencies and vulnerabilities to be remedied, formulates proposals for solution; analyzes audit results, checks if the audit's suggested measures were accomplished (follow up). ~crlf~##Collaborates on departmental and inter-organizational audit activities~crlf~##Identifies, Propose and designs audits which create value for the P&C / RE community~crlf~##Understands the audit activities in the P&C and Re community~crlf~

Qualification:~crlf~##University degree in Economics, Mathematics or Business Administration~crlf~##Fluent in English, German is a plus~crlf~##Internal Audit or Insurance related Certification or willingness to achieve it~crlf~##Very good knowledge in MS OS Office~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience and Key skills:~crlf~##Team player~crlf~##Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing~crlf~##Ability to communicate across different functions, cultures and managerial levels~crlf~##Strong listening skills~crlf~##Strong analytical skills~crlf~##3-5 years experience in Insurance, Reinsurance and / or Internal Audit ~crlf~##Willingness to travel~crlf~##Accurate and reliable working style~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
