Senior Business Development Manager - Institutional Clients (f/m/d)
We are seeking a team oriented self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude as well as a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to develop Institutional market opportunities. ~crlf~~crlf~The candidate must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
## Manages a portfolio of institutional clients and prospects (Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Bank Foundations, Corporates, Consultants etc.)~crlf~## Insurance would be an advantage~crlf~## Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and requests related to new business activities~crlf~## Engage pro-actively with prospects, facilitates initiatives and participates in client and prospect events in collaboration with Team Head to deliver against sales commitments~crlf~## Actively covers and seeks out business opportunities with relevant counterparts. This also encompasses extensive and frequent travel to cover segments such as Bank Foundations ~crlf~## Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives~crlf~## Collaborates closely with the Client Account Management Team in order to ensure 360° coverage of client relationships and identification of cross-selling opportunities.~crlf~## Ensures the commercial support for our customers, in relation with the Client Account Management Team and coordinates the commercial follow-up.~crlf~~crlf~
## Post-graduate degree or global equivalent~crlf~## Good communication skills -Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory~crlf~## Excellent understanding of the financial markets and investment vehicles~crlf~## Established professional experience, ideally in the Asset Management industry~crlf~## Advanced knowledge of institutional investment topics and strategies, including markets, indices, asset allocation, manager structure, consultant relationships, performance evaluation and attribution. This also involves a good knowledge of specific institutional regulation for the Italian market.~crlf~~crlf~
