The Product Specialist / Portfolio Specialist - Private Equity & Infrastructure Investments is an important link between the infrastructure and private equity investment and asset management teams as well as institutional clients and other AllianzGI/ACP functions.The incumbent will work closely with the investment and asset management teams and represent them in meetings internally and with third party clients and prospective clients. Investment teams are global with locations in Munich, London, New York and Singapore.

## Be an expert of institutional client requirements with regard to structure and investment objective~crlf~## Develop attractive offerings and products for infrastructure and private equity clients~crlf~## Support the development of funds, mandates and direct agreements suitable to the respective investments and clients requirements~crlf~## Represent investment and asset management teams in front of external clients and internal ACP/AllianzGI functions~crlf~## Organise fundraising together with internal business development teams and support internal sales teams in preparing marketing materials~crlf~## Facilitate internal approval process routines~crlf~## Present strategy and manager platform internally and to clients in pre-marketing, marketing, due diligence meetings / conferences and industry events~crlf~## Support internal client service team to handle existing relationships, e.g. present annual reviews to clients~crlf~## Organise and update dataroom content~crlf~## Coordinate due diligence and signing process including document handling of fund or mandate documentation ~crlf~## Regular travel will be required for the role~crlf~~crlf~

## Multiple years of relevant experience within a top tier asset management firm or bank ~crlf~## Understanding of private market / alternative investments in contrast to public market investments and in particular infrastructure and private equity sector~crlf~## Solid knowledge of fund structures and M&A processes ~crlf~## Ability to comprehend financial models and legal, financial and technical due diligence materials ~crlf~## Fluency in German and English, additional languages desired ~crlf~## Creative and practical intelligence, evidenced by top academic records ~crlf~## Analytical strengths (e.g. financial metrics, business models, risk/return) ~crlf~## Macroeconomic understanding of European and global long term trends ~crlf~## Client-facing strengths (e.g. client needs, regulatory requirements, ability to build relationships) ~crlf~## Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong proficiency in MS Powerpoint) ~crlf~## Team player with problem solving ability, proactive and organized approach ~crlf~## Proven project management skills ~crlf~
