•~crlf~10+ years’ experience in the Life/Health insurance industry or similar experience in management consulting. ~crlf~•~crlf~Outstanding English communication skills, both verbally and written. ~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to liaise with senior management and effectively push deadlines and deliverables.~crlf~•~crlf~Positive attitude and drive to engage stakeholders in OEs to achieve ambitious strategic and transformation plans. ~crlf~•~crlf~Strong soft skills, influencing without authority.
