In this critical role, based in Ho Chi Minh City and reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible to develop, communicate and implement overall Market Management strategy, including Target Customers, Target Partners, Digital marketing, Advertising, Communications and Creative~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Develop, communicate and implement overall Market Management strategy, including Target Customers, Target Partners, Digital marketing, Advertising, Communications and Creative~crlf~•~crlf~Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Market Management department~crlf~•~crlf~Develop overall product and service value proposition across channel~crlf~•~crlf~Design branding, positioning and communication strategies~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)~crlf~•~crlf~Analyze consumer behavior and determine target customer personas~crlf~•~crlf~Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share~crlf~•~crlf~Actively contribute to product development process with Products and Sales teams~crlf~•~crlf~Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)~crlf~•~crlf~Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost TOP line and brand awareness~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Degree preferred, in e.g., Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or other appropriate discipline~crlf~•~crlf~10 to 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry~crlf~•~crlf~Proven track record in Marketing or Sales functions~crlf~•~crlf~Business insight: ability to implement tools and methodologies to develop market, competitor, and client insight~crlf~•~crlf~Communication & Presentation: ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story~crlf~•~crlf~Influencing skills: ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority~crlf~•~crlf~Analytical Skills: ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire~crlf~•~crlf~Negotiation and conflict management: ability to negotiate best position for company, and client, often in contentious situations, managing conflicting priorities of various parties
