  • Job Purpose/ Role

    Lead a multi-disciplinary marketing team in setting, executing, and achieving strategic marketing objectives aimed at driving profitable growth, sustainable brand and market positioning, and enhanced customer loyalty. Responsible for translating customer needs and market insights into measurable marketing initiatives aligned with Americas Region goals and the Euler Hermes global marketing strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities

    - Prepare annual strategic marketing plans in alignment with Euler Hermes Group and in support of local and regional business goals; includes regional marketing budget management.~crlf~- Identify and implement new lead generation campaigns with a goal of filling the sales funnel with qualified new business opportunities via omni-channel marketing programs (digital, email, events).~crlf~- Build and manage go-to-market strategies to successfully launch new offerings to the market; contribute to development of new products and services to meet customer needs.~crlf~- Lead the identification, development and implementation of strategic and tactical programs to grow market share, foster brand and product awareness, and improve ROI.~crlf~- Responsible, in conjunction with Sales, for efficient CRM utilization, maintenance, user compliance, and adherence to data quality standards. ~crlf~- Develop programs aimed at increasing customer retention and cross/up selling with existing EH customer base; inclusive of true customer centricity initiatives.~crlf~- Ongoing Market research, competitive analysis and benchmarking, and monitoring of customer and prospect trends. ~crlf~- Deliver sales support tools and resources to improve productivity for all EH distribution channels. ~crlf~- Manage and maintain regional marketing budget.~crlf~- Foster innovation via digital distribution initiatives in alignment with the Head of Digital Partnerships.~crlf~- Work with all Business Units (USA, Canada, Brazil) in the region to ensure alignment.~crlf~- Coach, mentor, and manage a decentralized team of marketing associates to meet and exceed goals.

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a ~crlf~related business field~crlf~- 15+ years of marketing experience~crlf~- International marketing experience, a plus~crlf~- Problem solve and think strategically~crlf~- Steer business decisions based on data~crlf~- Transform large amounts of market data into concrete insights~crlf~- Strong results-orientation and analytical skills.~crlf~- Expert project management and presentation skills~crlf~- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization~crlf~- Build and motivate teams; and attract, train and retain high potential employees~crlf~- Ensure profitable and sustainable growth in a fast-paced and changing business environment~crlf~- Cross-functional marketing experience including ~crlf~digital marketing, email/Marketo, direct marketing, ~crlf~lead generation and product marketing~crlf~- B2B service marketing experience~crlf~- Demonstrable results-orientation and focus on ~crlf~ROI~crlf~- Leadership of multi-functional marketing teams
