  • Key Responsibilities

    As an HR Talent Management Intern, you will be working directly with the Talent Manager on different topics as described below: ~crlf~~crlf~•Talent management (TM): ~crlf~o Support the roll-out and follow-up of different talent programmes and initiatives ~crlf~o Create or update talent programmes’ material~crlf~o Benchmark TM and present your findings on what we could do or improve at EH~crlf~o Depending on the timing of the internship, participate to the creation of a new programme, from brainstorming to implementing it~crlf~o Compile and monitor talent data to support improvement and orientation of talent initiatives~crlf~~crlf~•HR Communication and Employer Branding:~crlf~o Manage the newsletter dedicated to the internal HR community: content creation, performance analytics~crlf~o Feed EH LinkedIn “Life” page with news, articles, content~crlf~o Improve, update, create content for EH Intranet on topics related to Talent Management~crlf~o Corporate website: if required, update/improve the career section ~crlf~~crlf~These assignments implies liaising with Communication and Marketing departments as well as with internal employees for story telling for example. ~crlf~~crlf~•Analytics: make reporting and/or analysis based on people data gathered from various HR systems ~crlf~~crlf~•Day-to-day support on presentations, communication material, ad-hoc missions ~crlf~~crlf~The projects you will be involved in can be adapted and depend on the activity of the department.     •~crlf~Soft skills:~crlf~o Autonomy with ability to take initiatives (#Dare) in the given scope of assignments~crlf~o Reliable with ability to deal with confidential information~crlf~o Creative, digital driven, strong communication skills~crlf~o Proven relationship skills and cross-cultural experience.~crlf~~crlf~•Technical skills / education: ~crlf~o Completing a Master degree preferably in Human Resources or Communication~crlf~o Fluent in English (written and verbal). French or another language is an asset~crlf~o Excellent command of Excel (used a lot for reporting) and PPT (used for dynamic presentations)~crlf~o Good knowledge of social media (Linkedin, Twitter)~crlf~o Knowledge on any other communication tools (Pow Toon, Photoshop…) is appreciated
