We are looking for a Paralegal to Assist the Group legal team in Paralegal activities

Corporate housekeeping:~crlf~- General corporate housekeeping including the monitoring of 2 companies (French and Belgium) and 18 branches~crlf~- Point of liaison for corporate legal requests from subsidiaries and branches and maintenance of their corporate records including company profiles, company flowchart, delegations of powers and signatures required from Board members~crlf~- Monitoring calendars and preparation of AGM and board meetings of 2 companies ~crlf~- Organization of board meetings: circulation of documents, convening of Board members and statutory auditors, monitoring quorum, signature of the attendance register and printing the approved minutes in the company register~crlf~- Prepare draft minutes of certain boards and committees and organization of signature of minutes and archiving of executed minutes of Board and of the operational committee meetings~crlf~- Preparation and organization of required documents for filing with NBB including Fit & Proper dossiers~crlf~~crlf~Document management:~crlf~- Maintain an efficient, reliable and secure filing systems to deal with storage of original documents; electronic filing; file transfer systems with different levels of confidentiality. Keeping records of files sent to archive.~crlf~- Maintain relevant legal documentation (legal information and policies) on the intranet~crlf~~crlf~Group Legal team support~crlf~- Prepare Group Legal presentations for board meetings or committee ~crlf~- Coordinate team meetings.~crlf~

- Bachelor in law~crlf~- At least 2-4 years’ experience in paralegal in a law firm or legal department of a holding company~crlf~- Fluent in English (French is a plus)~crlf~- Unimpeachable integrity and discretion~crlf~- Strong communication and writing skills~crlf~- Autonomy and team player
