This role will support the CEE BPE/ Project manager in multiple projects and initiatives and is a very good opportunity for somebody to gain experience in project management or to gain experience in Local/Regional/Group wide project/ initiative, be part of simultaneous implementation of several systems and coordination of 5 local countries and RCC in reaching a common goal.~crlf~~crlf~The aim is to deliver successfully various projects and process and change initiatives across the 5 countries of CEE (CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG) and across multiple departments – sales, risk, claims & collections, finance etc.~crlf~ ~crlf~The role is advertised as a part-time (20hrs/week) role for a period of 2 years.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:~crlf~ • General support to the project manager;~crlf~ • Data/document preparation – consolidation of inputs, collecting necessary documents, etc.~crlf~ • Data checking across systems/ tools;~crlf~ • Testing assistance/defect management – conducting testing based on various given scenarios, filing defects and ensuring proper follow up and mitigation;~crlf~ • Jira work - updating status of initiatives, projects;~crlf~ • Meetings follow ups (minutes, notes, checking agreed deliverables);~crlf~ • Communication with LBU, RCC, Region as necessary etc.~crlf~~crlf~This position has no direct reports.~crlf~~crlf~

We will be pleased to welcome you in our team, if you have/are:~crlf~ • Sufficient verbal and written communication skills in English – at least B1/B2 level and ideally at least 1 of the CEE region languages (CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG); ~crlf~ • Active user experience/ knowledge of the O365;~crlf~ • Very good organizational and self- management/ prioritization skills;~crlf~ • Self-driven and pro-active attitude;~crlf~ • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities;~crlf~ • Can orientate in various systems/tools easily (no need for specific knowledge of systems, rather tech savvy);~crlf~ • Experience in working on 'Cross country and Cross Cultural' Projects or initiatives is an advantage but not a must. ~crlf~~crlf~
