CDD - Customers Service Officer

Reporting to the Group Head of Customer service the person will contribute to continously improve the customer service model to develop a fully integrated omnichannel service with the optimun level of services to the different customer segments. The role will also contribute to implement, steer and monitor the group wide quality standards and operation model for the ASD/Customer serivce departments

-Implementation and development of the customer service strategy (and CRM) to achieve the best possible multi-channel (and in the long term omni-channel service) for the different customers segments and customer interactions~crlf~-Support and coordinate the implementation of the Customer reactive service model with alignment iwth the different involved deparments and specially, Group Operations and IT and Group CX and Insights and the different regions involved~crlf~-Perfomance tracking: Corrdinate the implementaton of the all the KPIS related to the reactive customer service strategy with special focus on those regarding the ASD/Customer service (1st point contact center) operational model~crlf~

Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing or Customer service related roles (preferably B2B industries)~crlf~-Education: Degree in business, or a related field~crlf~-Analytical skills: ability to analyze complex data, from multiple sources, and to translate findings into business actions~crlf~-Technical skills: Project Management Skills and strong proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and experience building and analyzing performance KPIS~crlf~-Fluent in English: able to demonstrate written and oral fluency~crlf~-Excellent presentation and communication skills: ability to express ideas clearly in writing, orally, and in a presentation setting~crlf~nterpersonal skills:~crlf~ - Ability to liaise with members of other core functions~crlf~ - Ability to empathize with customers~crlf~Market Knowledge: Good understanding of market and its specifics~crlf~
