  • Key Responsibilities

    Attain targets for portfolio growth and quality~crlf~- by attracting new customers based on leads provided by Market Management and own leads (including leads from non-CI-specialized brokers and from the distribution channels assigned to you)~crlf~- by giving feedback on leads proposed by Market Management~crlf~- by finding opportunities for cross- and upselling~crlf~- by applying the correct prices~crlf~- by approaching Large Accounts in a personalized way~crlf~- by follow up and monitoring Large Accounts~crlf~~crlf~Taking personal responsibility for the implementation of quality standards throughout the Group~crlf~- Build a personal relationship with non-specialized brokers and the distribution channels assigned to you~crlf~- Serve Client segments using the Operational Manual~crlf~- Work closely with other core functions (risk, damage, PA)~crlf~- Apply Commercial Underwriting standards (MMCD-rules) to ensure the profitability and quality of the client portfolio.

    Market knowledge:~crlf~- Expert knowledge of the market characteristics (financial services)~crlf~- Ability to build a network with close contacts with market players~crlf~- Ability to use an existing network in financial services.~crlf~Expertise:~crlf~- Ability to create leads and convert them into offers and policies~crlf~- Expert Sales knowledge and negotiation competencies using the principle of Solution Selling~crlf~- Ability to negotiate on C-level~crlf~Interpersonal skills:~crlf~- Ability to work in partnership with members of other functions (Risk - Commercial Underwriting - Account Managers). Team player, ability to build a strong internal network~crlf~- Ability to convince non CI-specialized brokers of the importance of credit insurance for the growth of their portfolio~crlf~- Ability to convince the distribution channels in your care~crlf~- Excellent use of 3 languages: ability of conducting negotiations and sales talks in Dutch, French, and English~crlf~- Strategic negotiation skills~crlf~- Ability to undertake financial analysis and develop complex proposals~crlf~- Ability to place oneself in the shoes of the prospect to map out the benefits and needs of the client or to create them if needed.~crlf~- Ability to think ‘out of the box’ with the prospect and to surprise him with an unique tailor-made offer~crlf~- Result oriented and hands-on~crlf~~crlf~Account Management~crlf~- Responsible for the renewal of the existing client portfolio ~crlf~- Ability to detect possibilities for cross- and upselling
