    Working with the Head of Roadside Assistance (RSA) Marketing of Allianz Partners, the RSA Market Manager role will help Allianz Partners (AZP) to design, develop and replicate its offering for all RSA and related automotive product categories worldwide.~crlf~ ~crlf~~crlf~The RSA Market Manager works within a cross-functional team of Allianz Partners (Global Product, Operations, Digital, IT, Sales, Organizational Management, Network Management…) ensuring time to market implementation of new products and replication of successful products from one country to another. He/she also will be leveraging the various local and regional teams of Allianz Partners to ensure local buy-in and business case while collaborating with the other entities of Allianz Group (Allianz SE, Allianz Technology…) & various partners (e.g. car makers, insurers, service networks and start-ups).~crlf~ ~crlf~The position allows to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s assistance vision and strategy. It offers an excellent platform to get broad exposure to both Group-level and subsidiary/ Business units management, thus opening various international career steps.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Offer Management: Coordinate the RSA offer portfolio management ~crlf~##Act as an promoter to build awareness and understanding~crlf~##Develop in-house expertise regarding Allianz Partners’s RSA offering and be recognized as subject matter expert on these topics~crlf~##Maintain up to date the global RSA strategy, portfolio and go-to-market~crlf~##Steer global roll-out of B2B2C RSA and related automotive offers across AZP’s business units~crlf~##Perform various analyses regarding the operational and global performance of the offer, and identify and implement relevant improvement means~crlf~##Create buy-in for the offer vision both internally and with key external partners~crlf~##Develop positioning strategies~crlf~##Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact~crlf~ ~crlf~Project Management: Manage selected projects aiming at developing new innovative offers for strategic markets: Electric Vehicles, mobility sharing, etc. – especially ensuring delivery on time, planning & budget follow-up~crlf~##Develop concept and value proposition~crlf~##Support local BUs within AZP to sell and replicate locally the global successful RSA products~crlf~##Generate traction with AZP BUs & the associated local/regional executives~crlf~##Evaluate local marketing plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed~crlf~ ~crlf~-Go-to-market & Sales support: Support the sales in the go-to-market strategy and develop insightful and meaningful answers and storylines to differentiate our response to tenders~crlf~-Represent Allianz Partners altogether with the Sales team and visit business partners and prospects to solicit feedback on products and services (including management of existing partners) and to find test partner to show case innovation and refine offers based on a real scale first contract~crlf~-Voice of the customer: Responsible for the customer satisfaction tracking to ensure a continuous match between the Allianz Partners offering and the end customers’ needs~crlf~-Market intelligence: Drive market and competition monitoring with the support of the Market Intelligence Manager to observe new market trends, moves of existing competitors and new competitors coming to our market, start-up developments and ecosystem development.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualification & Experience~crlf~##Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics~crlf~##Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing around Roadside assistance and related automotive services within an insurance/assistance company or a car manufacturer, ideally with work experience in offer launch and track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle ~crlf~##Good understanding of insurance/ assistance products and capabilities; Expertise/interest on Roadside assistance and related automotive services. Knowledge of car manufacturers is a plus~crlf~ ~crlf~Skills ~crlf~##Strategic mindset – ability to work in the context of a defined target picture, including proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies~crlf~##Excellent project management skills, in particular working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, to interact at all level of organisation including board level~crlf~##Strong analytical skills~crlf~##Solid technical & IT background ~crlf~##Rigorous and able to produce high-quality deliverables~crlf~##Ability to influence key project stakeholders and drive change~crlf~##Highly motivated, dynamic, self-steering and team player~crlf~##Comfortable in a changing environment, where reactivity to short-notice requests is expected, with strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other functions~crlf~##Excellent verbal and written skills required in English and at least one other European language (preferably German or French)
