Our team Operations Transformation is in charge of taking our Global Operations Organization to the next level in agility, efficiency, and customer centricity through fully digital customer service, an efficient stream-lined Operating Model and next-generation call center operations. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Automation plays a key role in achieving our productivity targets as well as being faster to market and outperforming in customer service delivery. Smart Automation technologies, e.g. chat bot, voice bot, text analytics, are an essential mean of driving change and delivering on our customer promises.~crlf~ ~crlf~In this role you will be at the forefront of driving the strategy of AzP towards an agile, data-driven organization. You will lead the delivery of implementation projects for new automation technologies supporting our Business Units around the globe in increasing productivity. As implementation is only the beginning of a journey, you will follow-up and track the progress and success of these projects for the benefit of our Global Operations community leveraging lessons learned and continuous improvement.~crlf~ ~crlf~To achieve these objectives, you will collaborate with AzP colleagues from different corporate functions on group, regional and local level. As success is the result of great team work, the projects involve parties from AzP internal units, other Az entities and also external partners who you will bring together to form one impactful squad.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting to AzP Group Director for Operations, the Operations Transformation team is responsible to develop and support AzP’s strategic objectives. This role will report to the Head of Operations Transformation delivering substantial value to achieving AzP’s Operations transformation journey.

    You will be responsible for:~crlf~##Shape and drive the Smart Automation strategy of Allianz Partners together with other corporate functions and stakeholders (including Robotics Process Automation, text analytics, ChatBot, VoiceBot and other artificial intelligence (AI) related technologies)~crlf~##Deliver Smart Automation projects end-to-end to our Business Units globally with the support from other Allianz internal and external partners~crlf~##Support on Allianz Partners Group wide Operations strategy definition and steering~crlf~##Track Smart Automation related productivity gains and cost savings

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    The desired candidate will have:~crlf~##3-5 years of work experience in consulting (either management consulting, an internal strategy department or in technical implementation consulting) or as a project or program manager in a corporate environment~crlf~##Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced international organization, where short-notice requests are expected~crlf~##Highly motivated, dynamic, never-stop-learning and self-steering~crlf~##Cross-industry experience from high technology industries is a PLUS~crlf~##Minimum two languages - written and spoken: English + main other (e.g. Spanish, German, French…)~crlf~ ~crlf~Key Requirements~crlf~##End product driven with strong analytical and communication capabilities ~crlf~##Established track record of successful project delivery~crlf~##Good expertise Artificial Intelligence related technologies or innovation projects.~crlf~##Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications ~crlf~##Willingness to travel
