  • Job Purpose/ Role

    Pricing Manager~crlf~~crlf~Responsibility for developing and delivering the group pricing strategy whilst ensuring overall profitability targets are met

  • Key Responsibilities

    Manage and coach members of the team in the performance of their duties and ensure appropriate learning and development of all members~crlf~~crlf~•Pricing quotations for potential corporate experience rated clients.~crlf~•Maintain exacting standards on deadline delivery.~crlf~•Implement company guidelines and methodologies to deliver new business quotations. ~crlf~•Work with sales managers and relationship managers to drive through required changes on specific accounts.~crlf~•Provide analysis of specific accounts to support required changes both at renewal and during the contract period.~crlf~•Deliver on requests received from the Sales Support function.~crlf~•Deliver on ad hoc projects to internal and external stakeholders as required. ~crlf~•Analyse business performance by region, product type, benefit structure, etc and making pricing recommendations~crlf~•Responsibility for Health, Safety and Welfare within team

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Minimum of 5 years of a proven track record in an corporate underwriting management capacity preferably within the health insurance sector ~crlf~~crlf~•Minimum degree level qualification or with an appropriate professional qualification in a business related discipline ~crlf~•Proven experience of consistently delivering to tight and exacting deadlines.~crlf~•International pricing experience a distinct advantage.~crlf~•Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word)
