In close collaboration with automotive manufacturers, Aftersales is continuously engaged in the development of innovative business models and specific Aftersales and motor claims processes, products and solutions to meet ever-changing requirements of the global Aftersales insurance market.~crlf~ ~crlf~We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated full-time intern (m/f/d) in our Aftersales Team in our Munich office, for a minimum period of 3 months, starting from September / October 2019

  • Key Responsibilities

    Your tasks will be:~crlf~##Supporting the Aftersales team in various projects with OEM cooperation partners~crlf~##Working on several initiatives involving the CASE trends (Connected, Autonomous, Shared, Electric)~crlf~##Supporting the development, administration and management of an internal Aftersales Knowledge Hub~crlf~##Analyzing current Aftersales developments and their impact on the automotive industry as well as on the insurance industry~crlf~##Research and preparation of complex market information and enterprise data for Top Management meetings and workshops

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    Qualifications~crlf~##Student of Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar ~crlf~##High affinity to the automotive industry, ideally previous job experience at an OEM, automotive supplier, financial captive or consulting company~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an international team~crlf~##Ability to work independently and link facts, quick learner~crlf~##Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)~crlf~##Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
