  • Job Purpose/ Role

    Responsible for concepting and developing graphics and video elements of marketing campaigns for our various channels and products as well as co-branded campaigns for various business partners and prospects (industries include travel – air, car, hotel, rail – plus event, conference, higher education, etc.).

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. ~crlf~##Key responsibilities which take no less than 10% of overall job time~crlf~##Brings verbal/audio and visual/video elements together in order to tell a cohesive and compelling story.~crlf~##Takes direction from creative director, working collaboratively with team of writers, designers, project managers and strategists to develop graphics and videos for integrated marketing campaigns across brand, B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.~crlf~##Work on projects that may include broadcast/videos, social media marketing and content development, collateral, banner ads, purchase path offers, landing pages, social ads, print ads, etc.~crlf~##Continuously discovers and implements new skills and industry best practices to maximize quality and efficiency of work.~crlf~##Able to turn around high volume of work when needed while keeping accurate and up-to-date progress records within our project management software (Workfront).~crlf~##Able to actively participate in team brainstorming sessions.~crlf~##Advocates for Allianz customers and partners, remaining always considerate of customer experiences and the larger context of every individual project.~crlf~##Understands and elevates Allianz’s brands as well as the brands of various B-partners and prospects.~crlf~##Must be a self-starter, able to manage own time, personal workload, and priorities to deliver quality work on schedule.~crlf~##Able to assign an accurate level-of-effort on any given task and responsible for raising early flags (to creative director) before his/her workload affects quality.~crlf~##Desire and ability to work within agile and production hybrid environment.~crlf~##May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in conceptual and graphic design~crlf~##Bachelors in graphic design or similar communications design field or equivalent combination of education and experience~crlf~##Design proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Premiere). Adobe After Effects preferred.~crlf~##Familiarity with recording and editing audio. Experience with Audacity helpful.~crlf~##Knowledge and utilization of general office software and web-based project/task assignment software required (Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront)~crlf~##Experience coordinating, directing, and shooting for video a plus ~crlf~##Creative mind and storytelling skills.~crlf~##Ability to present design concepts and deliverables to internal clients/executives~crlf~##Positive action-oriented attitude and organization skills required to meet/exceed SLAs~crlf~##Passion for producing high-quality, well-thought out work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment~crlf~##Knowledge of or general understanding of travel and insurance or other regulated financial services industries.
