  • Job Purpose/ Role

    We are currently seeking a position based in our head office in Paris. The role will be two-fold: Your main task will be to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logistical service the IT and Market Management teams. Moreover you will ensure the Head of IT Department diary and travel arrangements are organized efficiently and regularly and take on special tasks when needed.

  • Key Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:~crlf~##Support in administrative tasks for several departments~crlf~##Email, meetings, calendar management and travel arrangement for the Head of department~crlf~##Follow up of purchase orders; invoice verification and department budget~crlf~##Organization of conference/ events~crlf~##Logistics Supervision Arrival / Departure staff~crlf~##Management of team expenses and travel~crlf~##Contribute to support team communication (e.g.., newsletters, intranet,…) ~crlf~##Support on ad hoc project

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##3-5 years work experience, preferably with international exposure~crlf~##Knowledge of the Allianz Group would be an advantage~crlf~##Languages: fluent English required and German appreciated; other major languages would be considered an advantage~crlf~##Ability to think critically~crlf~##Sense of initiative / proactive attitude ~crlf~##Strong organizational skills ~crlf~##Ability to communicate/present in a synthetic and structured way~crlf~##Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt
