  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The International Travel Sales Division contributes to increase Travel business of Allianz Partners worldwide. Contribution in this role is mostly concentrated to sales in Europe with links in the US and APAC.~crlf~ ~crlf~As Contract Coordinator, you will have the responsibility to coordinate the contract implementation at an international level reporting to the Implementation Manager within the Global Travel Sales team. You will liaise with key stakeholders (internal and on the partner side) to ensure accurate and timely planning of implementations (including Legal, Underwriting, …).~crlf~You will be accountable to deliver projects on time and budget, with required scope, all in a very demanding global business environment.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In your role as Contract Coordinator, you will interact with:~crlf~ ~crlf~- Account Managers (HQ or global entities) ~crlf~##To understand the scope and financials pre-agreed with the partner during negotiation, to deliver a draft contract within corresponding timelines~crlf~##To provide guidance on contract matters and best practices~crlf~- HQ legal department ~crlf~##To provide the details of requested contract content and discuss potential associated recommendations/best options according to past experience (for both standard and non-standard contracts)~crlf~##To ensure legal HQ team will work with BUs for contract/appendices to be delivered on time with relevant content~crlf~- Other departments when needed such as Finance ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~You will be responsible for signed contracts to be communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Master degree in contract law ~crlf~##+5 years’ experience ~crlf~##Experience or good knowledge in international commercial law, with particular reference to commercial and distribution contracts ~crlf~##The knowledge of travel or insurance industry is a plus~crlf~##Excellent relationship skills~crlf~##Sales skills – result oriented character ~crlf~##Client oriented, strong ability to work solution oriented~crlf~##Fluent in English ~crlf~##Ability to work in a multicultural environment and a matrix organization
