  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The department Organizational Management is in charge of driving global IT projects across all lines of business of Allianz Partners. They act as the main interface between Business Units globally and Allianz Technology, dedicated to provide IT standard services. ~crlf~ ~crlf~The team is responsible of the definition and evolution of the processes and of the IT architecture of Finance and Human Resources Central Functions. It is responsible of process and IT impacts of all change programs of the two functions, supporting the definition of the eventual business case, designing processes and IT solutions and preparing IT business requirements for the implementation phases. It is the interface to all Finance and Human Resources´ units and offices for all IT-related topics and it works in coordination with other Organizational Management functions, Allianz Partners Chief IT Officer, Group Operations and Allianz Technology.

  • Key Responsibilities

    As Business Process Analyst, you are responsible for::~crlf~##Coordination role between different teams at central, regional and local level.~crlf~##Drive the implementation of all global platform and specific solutions required for the Finance function~crlf~##Ensure that the project management standards and processes are maintained through the project life cycle, and delivered on time, on budget, with the agreed level of quality.~crlf~##Collaborate with Allianz Technology to guarantee that the project prioritization and defect management processes are observed completed and performed in a secured manner.~crlf~##Pro-actively gather and formalize all concurrent demands, document it for further and adequate arbitration.~crlf~##Business analysis and design of process / support GBM project and IFRS17 migration

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##5 to 7 years of experience in IT system building programs in international environments, with specific expertise in the definition of process solutions and functional requirements preparation~crlf~##Knowledge in Finance processes of an insurance company~crlf~##Project management skills, process optimization~crlf~##Fluent in English~crlf~##Good communication skills, oral and written~crlf~##Ability to work in complex and challenging environments
