    Within Allianz Partners, Allianz Solutions is a dedicated global structure which develops the business relationship with the Allianz insurance entities worldwide. Allianz Solutions is responsible for maintaining and improving the relationship to the Allianz entities globally and to develop customer-centric service solutions and new business models jointly with the Allianz entities. In order to do this, a deep understanding of the needs of Allianz customers and entities paired with an innovative approach is required.~crlf~ ~crlf~Your role as Business Development Manager will be to further develop the Allianz Solutions strategy, develop new value propositions for Allianz entities based on a needs analysis, develop relationships and business with global Allianz lines, create and implement the necessary processes, and set and monitor the targets and the business developments across all Allianz Partners Regions. You will report to the Head of Allianz Solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In this role, your responsibilities are to:~crlf~##Lead the process for the Allianz Solutions Strategic and Planning Dialogue and liaising with the Allianz Partners Regions and Business Lines~crlf~##Develop new value proposition for Allianz entities jointly with Allianz Partners and Allianz entities~crlf~##Support the regional Business Development Managers in defining the regional strategy, planning, forecasting and sales monitoring~crlf~##Create and update the overall business development roadmap, opportunity matrix and sales plan for Allianz Solutions~crlf~##Plan, forecast, report and monitor financial and qualitative performance of Allianz Solutions jointly with Finance and Operations~crlf~##Actively market Allianz Solutions and develop sustainable business relationships and collaboration between Allianz Partners and the global Allianz lines~crlf~##Actively facilitate the collaboration and exchange between the regional entities by sharing best practices and product/ marketing approaches through dedicated communication instruments, e.g. webcasts, conferences~crlf~##Initiate and play a leading role in Allianz Solutions projects~crlf~##Gather intelligence of Allianz companies and competitors globally

    ##Solid knowledge of insurance markets, customers, products, services and business model~crlf~##Experience in business development, sales and/ or product development~crlf~##Advanced skills in structuring and leading complex tasks, processes and projects~crlf~##Proactive attitude, sense of initiative and ability to work independently~crlf~##Ambition to work in a global context, interfacing with various regions, business lines and functions~crlf~##Ability to communicate and present in a convincing and structured way~crlf~##Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different stakeholders on all hierarchical levels and build trusted relationships~crlf~##Strong MS Office skills, notably in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint~crlf~##Languages: Fluent English in speaking and writing, additional languages are a plus
