Service Design Lead

The Service Design Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for performing all Service Design activities as well as improving and maintaining the Service Design process. The SDC works across enterprise functions to coordinate and document the Operational and Commercial elements of all new and changed services. The role is responsible for delivering consistent design of services, compiling the appropriate documentation, contributing to resource planning, monitoring progress against targets, and working with enterprise functions to determine design criteria. The role will be responsible for continuous improvement of the function and maintaining alignment with the global functional analogue. The role also supports all other Service Portfolio Management processes as necessary.

* Participate in the demand management process for scoping, resource planning, and prioritization of demand.~crlf~* Coordinating the completion of service design elements across entries functions~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~* Continuous Process Improvement Activities~crlf~~crlf~* Monitoring progress and reporting~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~* Determining/Improving Service Design criteria~crlf~~crlf~* Supporting other SPM functions as necessary.~crlf~

Minimum Requirements:~crlf~* 4-5 years experience required: IT Management, Project Management, Business Analysis~crlf~* Four-year degree required: In IT or Business related field– : PMP and/or ITIL Service Design preferred. ~crlf~
