IT Risk Manager
The Risk Officer builds the independent risk oversight function, managing all risk, control and outsourcing activities in the Allianz Technology Entity internally as well as with relationships to customers and third party providers.
Responsibilities:~crlf~• Ratification of the Risk Policy Framework by local Executive Management; if necessary with adaptations, due to local regulation, after pre-alignment with AZ Technology CRO~crlf~• Assurance that local entity fully complies with Risk Policy Framework~crlf~• Implementation and co-ordination of concerning risk, control and outsourcing procedures following the globally unified approach at AZ Technology~crlf~• Co-ordination of risk assessments, control testing, development of mitigation plans and it´s follow up~crlf~• Transparency of the risk profile and management of key risks~crlf~• Reports to the Entity Risk Committee at least quarterly and on urgent risk relevant issues at any time~crlf~• Coordination of activities of further Risk Officers~crlf~• Support the business owner in preparing and reviewing approval of NBM applications or other project and program risk assessments including their follow up on mitigation actions.~crlf~
Qualification:~crlf~• Multi-year professional experience in different areas of IT risk management or other safeguarding functions~crlf~• Good understanding of risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third party risk, business risk~crlf~• Good knowledge of local service landscape and supplier relationships~crlf~• Basic knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 5, COSO, ISO, ISAE/SOC~crlf~• Strong communication and conflict management skills~crlf~
