HR Business Partner Sr Consultant
Provides HR counsel and coaching to business leaders in supporting the business to achieve their strategic objectives. Partners with the business when dealing with the overall people strategy including areas such as performance reviews, compensation strategies, talent management, employee relations and processes such as recruiting. Assists in the planning, developing, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and programs. Manage operational workforce and succession planning. Ensures polices and procedures are understood by the clients.
* People Strategy: Supports people strategies to achieve organizational goals together with assigned business clients. Aligns business and HR strategy. Responsible for providing organizational design consultation and supporting key business initiatives.~crlf~* Performance and Talent Management: Provide counsel and coaching to middle, senior, and executive management to drive and monitor the effectiveness of performance management, goal setting and employee development plan initiatives. Ensures pay is aligned to performance. Responsible for administering and monitoring succession planning and analysis of employee engagement results to drive action plans for improvement.~crlf~* Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition: Work to identify, recommend, develop and implement a people/workforce strategy that is customer focused while increasing the business line economic value added. Consult with managers to analyze current and future talent needs to create a strategic workforce plan.~crlf~* Project Management: Works on assigned HR projects that support client groups or overall HR priorities.~crlf~
