  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Act as 1st and 2nd line (Phone, Chat, Desk) point of contact for queries on AZ Technology's' IT and non-IT products and services~crlf~##Ensure that sufficient relevant information is gathered and maintained as part of the ticket handling process~crlf~##React to customer complaints and suggest solutions when a product / service malfunctions~crlf~##Forward tickets to the next level of support, if applicable~crlf~##Perform hardware cloning support for existing and new machines~crlf~##Perform support for mobile solution to end users~crlf~##Perform AD account/Email/WebEx/Desk Phone creation for new users
