By offering workplace-required software and hardware as a shared service, Allianz Technology passes on cost savings to Allianz Group while also centralizing this core business capability for the entire Group. You act as an ambassador of Workplace Services within Allianz through frequent interaction and alignment.

##Set the strategy and goals for Workplace Services: management of senior governance boards and senior stakeholders; develop strategies to address market trends and to foster innovation~crlf~##Align stakeholders and focus on end-user centricity (focus on relevant consumer requirements)~crlf~##Apply and improve DevOps way of working within Workplace services~crlf~##Develop skills of employees within the area Strategy, Agile and Automation~crlf~##Develop specific knowledge: new development in technology and enabling the vision of the future roadmap; servant leadership~crlf~

##Professional and intellectual IT ability at university level - at least Bachelor's degree~crlf~##Extensive work experience in leadership roles in an agile organization~crlf~##Experience drawn from leadership positions requiring frequent fact-based decision~crlf~making~crlf~##Track record of increasing performance and organizational health by applying Agile~crlf~and DevOps principles~crlf~##Track record of building followership from engineering to management level~crlf~##Excellent command of spoken and written English~crlf~
