The department A-CP05PMS ABS (Allianz Business System) Program Management, Migrations & Services is responsible for the overall ABS program, release and rollout management for the development of technical and Business requirements, operations of ABS, performance of applications, the service layer as well as central batch processes of the business system.~crlf~Responsibility encloses system architecture, development, maintenance and operations as well as the connection to other components. The Unit A-CP05PMSA7 ABS D & EE Program Management is responsible for the IT program governance, release- and rollout management of the ABS Program of Allianz Germany. Although other comprehensive project like migrations into ABS, CISL, PNC 2.0, ABS EE@Cloud were accounted in that unit. For the future it is essential that development, release- and rollout management for ABS Germany and ABS EE will be harmonized.

##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Plan, monitor, control and report project progress to project management governance and escalate issues if necessary~crlf~##Leadership and management of solutions concerning overall technical problems within release- and rollout management.~crlf~##Coordinating the transformation of the technical basis within the “ABS AZD goes Linux” project and managing the technical implementation.~crlf~##Constant coordination with customer and stakeholder of Allianz Germany as well as other departments within external customer of ABS EE.~crlf~##Support ABS release- and rollout management as well as program governance and ABS overall plan for Allianz Germany and other internal or external customer of ABS EE.~crlf~##Support planning of projects in line with ABS process model and quality standards, by using agile methods to transform into an agile ABS delivery.~crlf~##As needed support stakeholder on C-, L1-,L2- level concerning named topics.~crlf~

##Education or studies of information technology and More than 3-4 years work experience and proven assessment of project lead or leadership LE-3.~crlf~##Self-starting entrepreneur with strong goal- and result orientation and very good communications skills.~crlf~##Ability to work in a team, resilient and flexible; high soft skills and conflict management skills, authority and decision-making ability.~crlf~##Willingness to take part on standby duties on weekends. Fluent in German and English.~crlf~##Experience in ABS development processes and tools as well as ABS knowledge concerning architecture, data model, ABS batches and agie methods like scrum.~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~
