The department “Datacenter Services (DCS)” in the “IT Infrastructure Shares Services” division of Allianz Technology is responsible for the overall service management, architecture, projects and products around services for server, middleware and database products. ~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for a service manager for infrastructure monitoring and CMDB quality management. Infrastructure monitoring comprises the entire internal infrastructure service portfolio (on-prem and cloud-based) and interacts with the network and application monitoring systems in the sense of end-to-end monitoring.~crlf~As a service manager, you have overall responsibility for the monitoring solution. As such, you are the interface to all stakeholders (suppliers, operating teams, controlling, service managers)

##Participate in the definition of key indicators and relevant parameters, e.g. cost per service, quality, capacity, business continuity and IT security, their monitoring and also ensure the overall alignment and compliance with IT standards and processes~crlf~##Coordinate, monitor, steer and continuously improve the services / service delivery according to service lifecycle management~crlf~##Manage the sourcing, transition and delivery of services in accordance with the service description, service catalogue and contract~crlf~##Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs~crlf~##Steer service providers on a regular basis for service operation and continuously improve service operations in close cooperation with contract management~crlf~##ITOM/ CMDB reporting, quality and data analysis as well as business process improvement to ensure the CMDB can be used as a reliable single source of truth~crlf~

##Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. IT Management or equivalent work experience~crlf~##Good analytical skills~crlf~##Very good communication skills (German/English)~crlf~##Experience in commercial reporting and internal charging / budget tracking~crlf~##Customer and Vendor management~crlf~##Strong creative and problem solving skills~crlf~##Comprehensive industry knowledge in IT service delivery and enterprise datacenter architecture~crlf~##ITSM Lifecycle management and processes~crlf~##Good experience in IT infrastructure monitoring and market understanding~crlf~##Experience in Service NOW ITOM discovery~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~
