  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction~crlf~##Shape and evolve agile for Allianz Technology, and facilitate scrum ceremonies ensuring adherence to our agile cadences~crlf~##Identifying and driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics and retrospectives~crlf~##Mentoring and coaching team members to become self-organizing scrum team~crlf~##Support the Product Owners in controlling project roadmap to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with agreed business goals~crlf~##Assist with the evolution of the agile PMO for the digital program~crlf~##Working with multiple scrum teams delivering on sprint goals and commitments in a globally distributed environment~crlf~##Foster strong working relationship with Business Sponsors, Key Stakeholders, Development, Business Analysis & Testing teams~crlf~##Own the reporting process, ensuring accurate status provided for each scrum team~crlf~##Provides clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal. Often communicating with company executives regarding the status of specific projects~crlf~##A facilitating leader to the scrum teams~crlf~##Performs duties and makes complex decisions and recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures~crlf~##Ability to work on own initiative or as part of departmental and cross-departmental teams

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Higher education degree or equivalent work experience~crlf~##Applying analytical thinking, methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation skills ~crlf~##Possessing project management skills and engaging in customer relationship management~crlf~##2-4 years Scrum Master experience working with multiple scrum teams~crlf~##Achieved a formal certification as a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, Lean Six Sigma certification or similar Agile approach~crlf~##5-8 years of experience, working on complex IT projects~crlf~##Experience working in an enterprise agile PMO an advantage~crlf~##Knowledge of Financial Services/ Insurance Industry Sector useful but not essential~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~##Readiness to mentor new team members and junior colleagues
